Finally jumped and ordered an Obutto Revolution. I've always wanted a home cockpit and Obutto has a name for producing quality products backed with great customer support. Price was very reasonable and Mike at Main Performance PC answered any and all questions I had (even at 11pm via Facebook!).

Gahhh!! I really need to get back to this blog. With 2 kids, a wife, a full time job, and working out 6x a week time sure isn't easy to come by!

There have been some really nice releases since my last update I can't wait to post some screenshots off. I should have some up this week for the folks that visit my blog (if anybody still does, LOL).

New releases (Well, sort of new)!

PMDG have released their NGX Expansion including the 600/700 series of 737 aircraft. A must-have for 737 fans out there. The add-on is reasonbly priced and highly detailed, in true PMDG fashion.

Carenado has released their new PA-46T Malibu aircraft. If you are a turboprop fan then you are in for a real treat. The external model and sounds are fantastic as is the FDE. The aircraft also includes the ability to utilize the RealityXP 530 and/or 430 gauges if you own them. There have bee a few issues getting the RealityXP gauges working completely correctly so be sure and check out the Avsim.com Unofficial Carenado Support Forum for help.

Aerosoft has also recently released their OV-10 Bronco add-on. The model, sounds, VC, and FDE are brilliant. The aircraft is a joy to fly and is something a little different from the oridnary and mundane. If you are looking for a cross-country turboprop aircraft with an excellent view out of the cockpit, I highly recommend heading over to the Aerosoft website to check it out. An expansion for the aircraft is also due out in the coming days and should include some more versions including military and civilian offerings.

It has been a while! I promised myself I would keep this blog updated. Oops! Nevertheless, I should have some more screenshots up soon of the newly released PMDG NGX as well as a few other add-ons. I have also been thinking about adding X-Plane to my blog. Some of the newer add-ons out there for that sim look fantastic!
